Levant Performance began in 2023 with one goal in mind, improve human performance for those willing to put in the time and effort.

We deliver results-based training, scheduled at your convenience and executed in a training facility of your choice. You will be inspired, challenged and empowered every step of the way. The focus is on you and your goals. In addition to targeted training, your training program includes nutrition guidance, programmed workouts and access to an online training platform. You will have all the tools, guidance and support you need to achieve your goals whether it’s building strength, improving body composition, or pushing performance.

How We Operate

The process begins with an in-depth conversation about your goals, past training experience, injury history, and everything in between. From there, a series of tests will be conducted to establish a baseline performance level. Next, a program will be designed specific to the individual. The structured plan will progress over time, ultimately leading to the achievement of your goals and improved self-confidence.
