"When I started working with Coach Nabil I was in a pretty bad place, coming out of physical therapy, trying to recover from a lot of lost weight as well as regaining confidence that I could lift even with a history of low back pain. Together we got my body back to a place where I'm comfortable with myself. I know I'll probably have to be careful with my back for the rest of my life, but I'm confident I can still look and feel good with the things I've learned in my time training with Coach Nabil. "I was not at the baseline level of fitness that I wanted to be at before I started working with Coach Nabil. I felt doughy and was lacking confidence in core fitness elements that I had previously developed, but lost due to prolonged period of inactivity. The most helpful component from Coach Nabil was establishing a fitness program that brought me back to a baseline of comfort with my body, and enhancing my fitness competence to a level where I no longer feel intimidated to set fitness goals that work best for me. Currently I am in a stable position where I feel comfortable with my body and abilities. "Before starting with Coach Nabil my fitness pretty much started from a negative 5. Getting back into hybrid work routine/recovering from the pandemic didn't set me up for success in terms of fitness and health. Coach Nabil helped me the most by building my confidence! Having standing training sessions each week really helped me get into the office and end the days on a good note! His ability to listen to my needs and build the sessions around my state was super beneficial. Not to mention my ability to actually lift some weights! Right now, I'm in the throes of building out my health goals, but fitness wise - feeling stronger and optimistic! And building on the confidence element, I feel okay going into a gym and using equipment, all thanks to Coach Nabil!"
